Dr. Nicole, Dr. Kristen, Anna, and Lindsay surprised Dr. Amy with a delicious cake and kind words to pause and celebrate Pelvic Prescription PT’s FOURTH birthday! 🥰🎂🎈

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget to stop, reflect, and CELEBRATE!! 🥳💃🏽🪩

Pelvic Prescription wouldn’t be what it is today without this team of incredible, smart women with big hearts. 💪🏽

Dr. Lydia was the very first PT to join our team! She said “yes” to a dream before it was fully built and poured her heart into this place, cared for so many of her clients with compassion and strength, and helped shape Pelvic Prescription into what it is today. While we are sad that she is moving, we are excited for her new adventures!

She’s been here through the highs, the pivots, the growing pains, and the celebrations. A compassionate heart, a fun teammate, and an amazing life-changing therapist who we will miss deeply.

Amy is ambitious, creative, and caring! You can often find her in costume at events (see last pic), working behind the scenes, and working with patients in the clinic 💖 She is passionate about her community and it shows in everything she does!
