Most “self-care” is just socially acceptable avoidance.

If you’re leaking when you laugh, having pain with s*x, constipated, dealing with tailbone pain, or feeling constant pelvic tension, your body isn’t asking to be pampered.
It’s asking for change.
Real self-care is boring.
Going to bed earlier.
Drinking water consistently.
Strengthening your hips.
Relaxing your jaw and pelvic floor.
Stopping the “just in case” bathroom trips.
Not pushing through pain.
