Most “self-care” is just socially acceptable avoidance.

From a pelvic PT perspective… ⬇️💅

Bubble baths won’t fix ignored bladder urges.
Meditation won’t undo chronic glute clenching.
A wellness retreat won’t change 9 hours of sitting.

If you’re leaking when you laugh, having pain with s*x, constipated, dealing with tailbone pain, or feeling constant pelvic tension, your body isn’t asking to be pampered.

It’s asking for change.

Real self-care is boring.

Going to bed earlier.
Drinking water consistently.
Strengthening your hips.
Relaxing your jaw and pelvic floor.
Stopping the “just in case” bathroom trips.
Not pushing through pain.

It’s not aesthetic, but it’s what actually changes symptoms. We’re here to help guide you. ✅
