The activity room was full of excitement today as residents gathered for a fun game of blackjack. Smiles, friendly competition, and lots of laughter filled the room as cards were dealt and chips were stacked. The excitement built all the way to the final hand, where our lucky winner took home a brand-new radio. Congratulations to our winner and thank you to everyone who joined in and made today such a joyful moment for our community.

Celebrating Three Kings Day at Avir at Patriot! 👑✨ January 6 marks this special tradition with the delicious Rosca de Reyes. Hidden inside the bread is a tiny baby figurine, symbolizing Baby Jesus.

Whoever finds the figurine becomes the ‘godparent’ for the year and has the honor of hosting a gathering on February 2 (Candlemas), complete with tamales and atole!

Such an excellent way to share joy, faith, and community.
