We know that calling your insurance is quite challenging, to figure out eligibility and benefits. We will verify your insurance for you and discuss the options!
Here is some insurance lingo:
Service Type: Mental Health Outpatient Office or Telehealth setting

InNetwork: Means your provider is in network and you pay the contracted rate and get in network benefits.

Out of Network: Means your doctor is out of network and can charge whatever and your insurance only reimburses you for a certain amount. Your benefits are for out of network and different.

Deductible: The amount you pay for covered health care services before your insurance plan starts to pay. While paying the contracted rate if in network.

Out of Pocket Max: The most you have to pay for covered services in a plan year. After you spend this amount on deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. Usually kicks in after the deductible is met and you will have to pay a certain percentage of the contracted rate or out of network rate until the OPM is met.

Copay: The amount paid before each visit.
Coinsurance: The amount paid before each visit and usually a percentage that is done until the OPM is met.
Sometimes insurance make your get Preauthorizations before insurance as well.
