Our residents enjoy a sense of connection, community and friendship, while receiving the best care possible. We take pride in creating an active, friendly community that brings our residents joy and happiness. AVIVA Maybelle Carter is the only community in the area to offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care for the ability to “age in place”. NOTE: Our community also provides short-term, Respite Care to provide Caregiver relief and/or rehabilitation support after a hospital stay.
