Y’all. Shout out to Saydel Eagles Football who have signed on to add a weekly yoga practice to their summer schedule. Yoga is great for the body, mind and spirit. Jenna has special clinical interests in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Grief and Loss and Trauma. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, she also is qualified to integrate elements of yoga into her practice. ANANDA (pronounced Ah-nan-duh). Sanskrit for Bliss.

Founded in 2019, Ananda is one of Central Iowa’s newest mental health providers. Ananda was born out of a vision of wanting to do more for those seeking the support of a mental health provider.

Ananda Mental Wellness and Yoga seeks to empower, individuals, couples and families as they embark on their unique journey toward mental wellness. Owner, therapist and yogi, Amber Wilson, meets you where you are on that journey; offering compassion and kindness along the way.

Ananda provides services in a safe, comfortable, inclusive environment that is supportive and welcoming of all who want to find their bliss.
