But I did it! 👏🏾💪🏾

No one ever talks about starting over.

And over.

And over again.

We celebrate the glow up.

The “after.”

The discipline.

But we don’t talk about what it feels like to come back…

After weight gain.

After burnout.

After perimenopause hits different.

After insomnia.

After a dysregulated nervous system.

I’ve lost over 50 pounds before.

And I’m going back to the plan that helped me do it.

But here’s what’s different now:

Over 40.

Perimenopause is real.

Insomnia is real.

A dysregulated nervous system changes everything.

I can’t train like I did in my 30s.

I won’t punish my body this time.

I’m doing it aligned.

Studied.

Softer.

And structured.

The tracker helps my ADHD mind.

The plan gives me direction when motivation fades.

And I don’t have to think about what to do, I just execute.

I did it before.

I can do it again. 💪🏾
