The legislature returns from recess on Tuesday, July 29th, and the Farm Act conference committee is likely to hit the ground running with the debate about whether to add the liability shield back into the bill. Things may move very quickly once they convene, so we need you to continue educating the house and the senate about this issue in case the conference committee adds it back into the Farm Act.

We need to inundate the legislature with requests to keep OUT the pesticide liability shield. Your email can be as short as one simple sentence. What we need are mass amounts of emails against pesticide immunity.

You can simply paraphrase the following: "As your constituent, I request that you keep the pesticide liability limitation provision out of the 2025 Farm Act."

Thank you for participating! If we can stop the provision in the conference committee, we will have won this important battle for health freedom!
