The Quiet Strength

Resilience isn’t about pushing through pain — it’s about staying flexible in the face of it. Psychologically, it’s our ability to adapt; spiritually, it’s our willingness to trust that we can rise again.

Each time life knocks you down and you get back up with more grace, more wisdom, more compassion… that’s resilience.

Resilience grows when we stop asking, “Why me?” and start asking, “What is this teaching me?”
