Welcome to our first Animal Monday. Every Monday, Dr. Katrina Chu will guide you through different animal exercises.

This week exercises is called a dead bug. 🐛🐞🪳

The dead bug exercise is a safe and effective way to strengthen and stabilize your core, spine, and back muscles.

Make sure you are effectively activating your core to prevent from over extending your lumbar spine.
