Dear friends,

I have limited spots open for coaching this Fall and wanted to share my new pricing with you.

$30 for 30 is the new, lower pricing, for a 30 minute mini session where I guide you in somatic breath-work to help you regulate your nervous system, gain clarity and feel energized for the day.

$50 for a one hour session (huge discount!) includes the somatic breath-work exercise; then I continue to guide you through breathing and tuning into the sensations of your body, helping you gain deeper clarity and understanding of how to manifest your deepest desires.
YOU gain clarity, YOU understand your body and YOU manifest your dreams. It’s a beautiful experience.
