“Balance is not something you achieve “someday”
How is your life balanced? Between your body, your business, your being (self care including spirituality), and your main relationships, is there a balance between them all or are you putting more focus on one area and ignoring the others?
When I was in corporate, I wanted to do a good job. I wanted to be the go to guy so I worked hard at it. I had a big project one December and I spent 60 hours a week working on it. I worked all day on it, then nighttime I would catch up on my day to day. Next thing I know the project ends and it’s December 23rd and I completely forgot Christmas. I ate like crap, exercise was getting more coffee, and my wife took a back seat as well because I was too busy to be present with her.
This my friend is not balance. 🤕
The first step to balance is awareness so look at your life and ask yourself....am I balanced in all four quadrants of life Body, Being, Business and Relationships?
