AVENTURAS CULINARIAS VEGANAS

Ingredientes secos
3 tz de lentejas rojas crudas
3 tz de avena
1 tz de nuez
1 1/2 cdita polvo para hornear
1 cdita sal

Ingredientes húmedos
5-6 tz de agua
1/4 tz de miel de agave (o cualquier endulza te de tu preferencia )
1 plátano

Instrucciones
Se licúan los ingredientes secos , y una vez molidos se agregan los húmedos y se licúan hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

Tips:
Si quieres que los waffles te queden menos densos y más esponjositos , puedes agregar una tz. de harina blanca , pero tendrás que ajustar el agua .
También puedes congelarlos y recalentarlos en una bolsa de plástico en el microondas por solo 45 seg. y disfrutarlos como recién preparados

Thoughts on the preventative mental health of children: There's a better way of developing the power of the will and choice with responsibility and accountability than just hurling criticism with threats of consequences. Jesus' approach to education always emphasized love, gentleness, choice, empathy, forgiveness and redemption. He said in Matthew 19:14 KJV-
