I am often reminded of the children’s story book, ‘The Little Engine That Could’. It is a story about a small train engine saying , “I think I can, I think I can” to accomplish a daunting task. At the end of the book the train engine says, “I thought I could, I thought I could!”.
Whenever I doubt myself, I think about this book and remember that the first step in reaching a goal, is believing that “I can”.

This past weekend I took a class in Bowen Therapy. It’s been awhile since I have taken a class that fits right into my paradigm of bodywork and has sparked my interest so deeply that I am looking for the next class in the series and signing up.

What is Bowen Therapy (Bowenwork), you ask?
