Introducing Paula Barros

We are excited to introduce Paula Barros, our new Craniosacral Specialist at Simply Be Massage! Paula's 45 years as a “non-force” chiropractor brings a wealth of experience and a gentle touch to her practice.

Craniosacral Theory is based on the knowledge the “Healing begins from the Inside Out”.
This approach advocates 100%for the client. Each session the client rests on a comfortable massage table and participates simply by conscious breathing to assist Paula in hearing/feeling the subtle nuances of discord held in body tissues which are accountable for disrupting innate intelligence.
