Are you looking for one of these plans?

Well as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I don’t have any of them for you. BUT ☝🏽.. let me explain!

One of these, if not all, are usually what most people look for when the New Year begins. But it’s not where you SHOULD be starting.

Especially if you are someone who has done this before.. you know.. started a plan and never finished‼️

Or got results the first month or two and fell off the bandwagon.

There’s a reason that keeps happening and it’s usually because you are focused on the wrong things!

With your health there are Primary Foods and Secondary Foods, both help nourish your body differently.

The key is to identify which one of these is imbalanced so that you can support yourself in making better decisions when it comes to your Health!

We are going to be doing exactly that in my BODY INTO BALANCE workshop, as well as, learning about your digestive system, immune system, managing stress and energy, comprehending macros and rediscovering nutrition!

Food was NOT the root cause of my unhealthy habits a year ago.

And most of you think it is for you right now. I’m here to tell you, there’s a high chance it’s NOT.

I came across this journal I wrote in a year and a half ago and it was a reminder of what really was getting in my way!

Fact is, I was in a TOXIC ASS relationship and this man was sucking me dry! I was belittled, dismissed, called names, disrespected and this would happen daily.

And each day it would become harder and harder for me to even desire to:

Get up
Move my body
Eat good foods or eat at all
Sleep Well
Ease my mind

Swipe 👉🏽 a couple slides to read what I thought was me setting boundaries, but really it was me releasing what I knew deep down wasn’t serving me.

See being healthy and even more importantly STAYING healthy is more than just food and exercise.

I was in the “best shape” of my life when I was in this relationship. Physically, I looked amazing. Mentally, it’s like I almost didn’t exist and couldn’t function.

Infuse energy into what matters. Relationships are a HUGE part of the foundation that helps you sustain your overall health.

They are either supporting or draining you. Which one is true for you right now?

PS. I love you. 🫶🏽 Since then I’ve learned the proper way to set boundaries, this was not it. Growth is amazing. 🤍

Hi to all the NEW G’s and Ol’ Gs here, there’s over 2,000 of you‼️😱

Every so often I feel it’s important to reintroduce myself on this page with our community growing. Here’s a few things about me and what to expect here!

First, I started this page from ZERO, so I’m beyond grateful this many of you are here to learn and grow with me! 💕

Secondly, I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach that got really sick two years ago and enrolled myself into nutrition school and it helped heal the issues I was having and now I’m sharing that with you!!

I’m all about teaching you the different ways you can nourish your body and that your inconsistencies with your health have very little to do with the kind of food you are eating!

Here you will learn about:

• The Food on and OFF your plate that matters!

• What’s really going on in your gut with your gut microbiome?

• What to shift your focus to when it comes to building a sustainable lifestyle.

There’s been some growth in the community and I just wanted to pop in and share some things with the new folks, old folks and those in between!

I’m Fran ☺️ your Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and I’m here to help you shift your perspective on how you view your health so that you can identify your imbalances and build a sustainable lifestyle.

One of my favorite things to teach is Nutrition in different forms, helping you understand that the food ON your plate is not the most important and there’s other ways to nourish your body!

This is for my learners who can appreciate some extra insight and enjoy a quick daily read.

Or even if you just want to challenge yourself to learn something new here and there, specifically if it’s about how to approach your health differently.

When I ask most of you, why are you unable to remain consistent with your health? The most common response is “I just don’t know why I can’t stick with it or I don’t know where to restart.”

My answer to that is, you’re lacking knowledge.  And not only “textbook” education but understanding what YOUR body needs during the current phase it is in to support your consistency over time.

I used to think my looks were my bread and butter. I was so wrong.

For years, “Sexy” to me was external. What I looked like on the outside, how my body showed up and fitting into the standards that society has influenced us into believing is true for us.

This created issues for me and how I felt my body needed to look and I became laser focused on my physical health more than my mental or spiritual health.

WE as humans.. ARE ENERGY. Each born with our own universal intelligence that was designed and crafted specifically for us. Who we truly are has very little to do with our external appearance.

In order for you to tap into that you have to be able to connect with your mind and soul. Which many don’t do because of social influence and programming.

Disbelief that they can be their authentic self and have to fit into a certain “look.” Same way I used to think.

As I grow into this woman that I am today, I realize that what matters more IS that energy and how I use it, also what value I can provide to someone else.

Sexy to me now is to FEEL your own strengths and then live every day in your truth. The woman I am today? I now understand my power. What I’m put on this earth to do and that perspective matters, energy matters, vibrations matter, serving others matters, MY VOICE MATTERS.🗣

How we help each other grow in this tarnished world is by sharing our stories and our perspective. Allowing people to find hope and healing in what maybe you have gone through in the past that is their truth today… NOT your looks!

Allow your energy system to lead you in the direction of finding strength in your mind and your soul. Build that up and the body will follow, the external will flourish. You WILL be able to maintain your health.

Sexy for me now is how I feel on the inside, that allows me to show up strong on the outside. So now when I get dressed up, it holds a whole new meaning for me and sets the room on fire in a whole different way.🔥

Let’s talk about Weight …

It’s subjective.

We put too much emphasis on it.

Which is why stepping on the scale doesn’t serve you.

Your 212 lbs does not sit the same as mine.

So stop comparing yourself or wishing you were a certain “weight.”

A month ago I got a body assessment done at one of my gyms. I was 213 lbs.

I had been working out 5 days a week taking HIIT style bootcamp classes that incorporated weights here and there. Doing this for 4 months straight, I saw change but it was minimal. Less than 1% body fat in four months! Doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, just means my body doesn’t prefer it.

After reassessing what my body needed: I realized I needed to do less bootcamp HIIT style classes and more weight training supported by an increase in protein to help sustain the muscle I was now building.

I went back 11 days later to do another assessment, after stepping back into heavy weight training, I had lost over 1.5% body fat in ELEVEN DAYS but guess what?? Weight didn’t change much, I was 212 lbs.

Bio-Individuality matters. Means not everyone’s health journey is going to look the same and not everyone’s body will perform the same or have success with the same type of exercise or nutrition plan.

It’s about finding what works for YOU! I happen to enjoy weight training and I’ve been doing it on and off for over 11 years and my body likes it too! But there are other ways to lift heavy and see results that aren’t the same as mine.

Find what works for you and do that!

Of course if you want to lose body fat, you have to build muscle and eat moderately healthy, but most importantly your mind and soul need to be in a good place to support your goals.
