We could have made an excuse not to make it to the gym tonight…..However we didn’t, we made it happen! Lifted and 30 minutes of cardio and we felt better! Remember your goals, who and what you want to be, then keep the discipline and watch how things change for the better! 🙌🏻💪🏼💕

Today marks the 40th Anniversary of us saying yes to each kneeling across the alter hand in hand looking into each others eyes, not knowing what journey lies ahead of us! What a journey it has been! Many ups and many downs, however we have stuff to each other taking turns hand in hand leading the way as partners should. You have been my rock through it all, that I am eternally grateful for! This midwestern country girl has keep you on your toes, and her western boy has been there to keep her steady and supported his country girl through thick and thin! Thank babe for all the many many adventures we have been on together and I so look forward to many many more! We may not be perfect…..we are perfect for each other!!! Here is to 40 more years….through eternity….the second star on right and straight on to morning ✨✨🌖You are the love of my life, my soul mate!❤️❤️💕 Happy Anniversary ❤️❤️❤️
