Taking a Little Pause ✨

With summer in full swing, upcoming travel, and only so many summers left with my kids at home, I’ve decided to take a short break from social media.

It’s time to practice what I preach: creating space, setting boundaries, and being truly present. ❤️

I’ll be back in August with a renewed focus and more details about opening my calendar for new one-to-one coaching clients and new women's circle dates. I may pop in with a quick check-in here and there, but for the most part, I’ll be offline, soaking up this season with my family.

RN and board-certified nurse coach supporting women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed and stretched too thin. Yep, it’s a real thing. And no, I don’t only coach nurses.
As an RN and board-certified coach, I use both science and heart to help women navigate overwhelm and build a strong inner foundation.

I live in the dreamy coastal town of Wilmington, NC with my husband, two kids, and our dog, Luna. I’m an avid reader (currently juggling two book clubs — always taking recs!) and a nature-loving fitness enthusiast, who believes that any day can be improved by getting outside.

Wrapping up an amazing trip to NYC with my best girl. We had such a great time exploring the city, eating our way through the boroughs, and soaking in all the sights, sounds, and energy.

I’m always thankful for the chance to leave home and see new things. Travel stretches me in all the best ways. And as much as I love the adventure, I’m grateful to be returning home with a full heart and tired feet.

One big takeaway from this trip is just how important emotional regulation really is. Between the crowds, the nonstop hustle of the city, and now some airport delays, I’ve had plenty of chances to lean on my HeartMath tools and practice what I teach.

And if the honking horns are any indication, I’d say a few New Yorkers could benefit from those tools too...😉
