I want to personally honor you for the commitment you have made to contribute and on this very special day, you should take some time to yourself, look in the mirror and be proud, and honor your achievements.

A byproduct of chlorine is a toxic carcinogen called dioxin. Exposure to high level chlorine and it’s by products cause iodine deficiency by poisoning enzymes needed to activate iodine.

Simple tips to avoid excess chlorine exposure:
❌AVOID steam from dishwasher
❌AVOID Splenda sucralose contains chlorinated table sugar
