Officers everywhere should watch the movie 'Courageous'.
Alex and Steve Kendrick produce awesome movies for different situations in life.
'Courageous' is a movie dedicated to men, being "stand up guys", great husbands, fathers and community leaders. The guys in the film play the role of Police Officers.
Yes, the movie has Christian ethics and points of view, but get in touch with the Kendrick Brothers, they may very well write the film again, with all of the great standards of living, but take out the out right "Religious" sayings.
The film should be a part of Police HR paperwork u[on hire and then yearly with the Performance Evaluations. Like I said, ask Alex and Steve if they can pacify folks by taking the obvious "Church Stuff out" and be more subtle. They are Christians so they may have to think about it. Then again. they are Christians so they may very well do it, to get all Police men/women to be decent and moral, we cannot afford to "pacify" the few ad apples.

Hazy, Hot and Humid for the next few days in Central Virginia.
Do lawn work before sun rise or after goes down.
Same for laundry, use washer/dryer early before sun rise. The temps during the night are still pretty high, the ground remains hot (no rain to cool it off).
Everyone using a/c, fridge and deeper freezers are plugged in and in use automatically. If everyone does laundry during the day, THIS PUTS ADDED STRAIN ON THE POWER LINES, Leading to power outages, it's too hot for power outages ya'll!

Virginia was doing so good as a whole a few weeks ago, regarding PCR test results.
Our nose swabs results percentage was 6.5 down to 6.0 and even 5.5. We have gone up and down, thank God lately our results are trending down again.
Testing is taking WAY TO LONG TO YIELD RESULTS in every state. So, people infect others while waiting for results. If waiting for result PLS, PLS, PLS SELF QUARANTINE.

Wear a Mask when near others and Social Distance yourself.

1.. So we can return to work,

3.. So the Virus (Corona) that causes the disease (COVID-19) can be smothered out/suffocated/phased out.

4.. So we can get to a sense of Normalcy, a new normal yes. That's ok!

5. Masks should cover the mouth nose. Remember this is a Respiratory Illness, some breathe through their mouth.... but most breathe through their nose.

As a diabetic, your Hemoglobin A1C is tested every 3 mos, to make sure you are in control of your sugar, right? Yes!

Question, why are others trying to limit the amount of Corona Virus testing!? The way to know of an infected (contagious) person is to swab them and send specimen to the lab.

Then they are Isolated, their contacts are called and they get tested and stay in Quarantine if negative, but isolation if positive.
