Our Story

Founded in 2004, Urban Balance has grown to be a premier group counseling practice with 8 locations throughout Chicagoland (Downtown Chicago, Ravenswood, River West, Hinsdale, Evanston, Libertyville & Northbrook) and 1 location in St. Louis and 1 location in Denver . We have over 100 licensed therapists on staff who specialize in a range of mental issues related to depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, relationship concerns, career and overall wellness.

Therapists at Urban Balance provide counseling to individuals, couples families and groups. We make therapy affordable and accessible by being in-network with most insurance plans and offering sliding fee services.
