People have asked how did I lose the weight? how do I keep it off? while still indulging in my favorites. Oh and how do I keep this belly flat? Well, there are multiple things I do, you have to choose which works for you. Now it's time for me to deliver the goods to you! Day 12 started with my tea!! And now my cycling class let’s go!!!

Day 11 ended great!! 2 mile walk 2 mile run and a 20 min gym run!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 she’s back!!

Day 11 was the worse. I found out I have a sinus infection and ear infection drank water and my juice all day!!

Today 12 is starting off well, I feel better had my juice this morning and now enjoying some guacamole.

Off to the gym at 3

Day 10 was rough allergies had me down but still made it. Taught my 5:30 workout class on the little energy I had. Had 2 juices and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup

Day 8 😩😩😩😩😩😩 I’m pushing through
Had my pineapple juice this morning. Water through the day. I had a chic fil a sandwich no fries… it’s 8:30 my window for dinner is done(my fault) I’ll have a shake.

Tomorrow will be better. On my way to gym for my 30 min

Day 7.. still rolling. Had my tea this morning and my strawberry seamoss drink. Haven’t eaten anything else been running. No excuse
