Good Morning,

People have asked how did I lose the weight? how do I keep it off? while still indulging in my favorites. Oh and how do I keep this belly flat? Well, there are multiple things I do, you have to choose which works for you. Now it's time for me to deliver the goods to you! Join me this week as I take you through my routine from morning to night what I eat, some preparation, and my workouts.

Day 8 😩😩😩😩😩😩 I’m pushing through
Had my pineapple juice this morning. Water through the day. I had a chic fil a sandwich no fries… it’s 8:30 my window for dinner is done(my fault) I’ll have a shake.

Tomorrow will be better. On my way to gym for my 30 min

Good evening!
Normally I am sleep but today day 1 was good. Better than I thought. Each time I wanted to stop and get a ginger ale or some type of caffeine which I didn’t need, it was mental. I was on a road trip I’m suppose to be tires so I need caffeine 😩😩I didn’t.. i talked to myself and said what are you really feeling? I was more shocked that I felt great. After a 5 hour ride to Virginia and turned right back around 5 hours to get home. I feel great! I know it’s because what I ate today. I felt fueled and not over stuffed and exhausted from eating fatty foods. In between that I did not share due to driving (duhh) I had about 12 frootsie rolls. My favorite, but I don’t feel bad I enjoyed them. Only water today besides my juice.

Come on Day 2!!
