It's amazing what nutrition can do! A client today reported that, after 25 years of constant pain from fibromyalgia, she is currently pain free most of the time. She also has been dealing with serious bruising appearing on her face and hands for no reason every 2 or 3 days. 10 different physicians were unable to find anything wrong with her or give her any suggestions. After testing nutrient levels, introducing supplements to address deficiencies and working on some incremental dietary changes, she hasn't had a new bruise for 2 weeks!!!

Did you know, many of the commonly accepted causes of disease – inflammation, gut health, genetics – are linked to micronutrient deficiency?
Inflammation – exacerbated by micronutrient deficiencies. Antioxidants quell inflammation if present in adequate amounts. Deficiencies will cause inflammatory processes to run amok.
Poor gut health – contributes to micronutrient deficiency. Bacteria in our gut make B vitamins and facilitate absorption of nutrients. Poor gut health will certainly cause micronutrient deficiencies.
Low immunity – often caused by micronutrient deficiencies. Several micronutrients are needed to regulate the complicated immune network which protects us against pathogens and endogenous cancer cells.
Environmental Toxins – our body's detoxifications systems run on micronutrients, not enough means we can't detoxify. Toxins in our environment are unavoidable, we just need to arm our cellular detoxification pathways with the micronutrients needed to deal with the toxins.
Hormones – micronutrient deficiencies compromise hormone synthesis. If you have the micronutrients you need, hormones are more likely to be balanced and functioning well.
Genetics – micronutrients regulate genetic expression. Some genes may dictate that you need more (or less) of a micronutrient to perform the same cellular functions as someone with a different gene. But the ultimate effect of genetically linked micronutrient deficiencies can be overcome with targeted supplementation.
Each time it divides, an average cell loses length from the ends of its telomeres. Cells normally can divide only about 50 to 70 times, with telomeres getting progressively shorter until the cells die. Protect your telomere length with optimal nutrient status. Cellular death causes the body to age.
So little is talked about prevention in relation to Breast Cancer relative to what we hear about early detection and pharmaceutical/ surgical treatments. If simple things like getting your nutrients to good levels can give a 70% reduction in risk then getting your levels tested is worth it, isn't it? Here's how we can help: https://www.waystooptimizehealth.com/blood-test-for-nutrient-status.html

Your body was designed to get all of the ingredients it needs to function optimally from natural, whole foods and ingredients.
You are quite literally made from your food!
Those ingredients that we ingest we call nutrients and we have in-depth knowledge about all of the roles different nutrients play in the body. When you don't get enough of a key nutrient, the chemistry of your body just doesn't work properly and you can start to develop symptoms related to the deficiency. Unfortunately, nutrient deficiencies are wide-spread due to our poor-quality food supply, lack of knowledge about food and lifestyle factors that stress the body and drain nutrients.
Getting a blood test to assess your nutrient status is a helpful way to figure out exactly where your body needs support and cuts out a lot of the guess work. The test can help us understand the underlying causes of your symptoms so we can provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that are laser focused to your situation and biochemistry. Instead of spending a lot of money on supplements that your body doesn't need, we can narrow down our recommendations down to those that will support you best. We can also look at patterns in your test profile to give us more information about how to best support you.
Testing is beneficial if you:
are looking to improve or maintain your wellness and age healthily.
would like to enhance your body's cellular function and performance.
would like more customized solutions around diet and supplements.
are suffering with chronic health conditions and would like some targeted paths to improving your health.
get sick often and are concerned about your immune status.
suffer with fatigue ongoing and would like to improve your energy levels.
are looking for answers that you can't get elsewhere.
