Keeping your feet healthy involves addressing the natural changes that occur as we age, such as dry skin, loss of cushioning, and toenail issues. Key strategies include moisturizing, proper foot hygiene, wearing well-fitting shoes, and seeking professional help when needed.
Here's where I come in.
As a registered nurse with over eight years of experience working with feet, I have taken training through UW Eau Claire for foot care, continuing education courses, and worked with a podiatrist for six years. Let's just say I KNOW FEET!🦶🏼
