Meta Lackland is a Constellations Facilitator, Master Level NLP Practitioner, and Somatic Worker. She works with clients individually and collectively, both online and in-person, helping them: resolve unwanted experiences in life, revise t

hose experiences, and integrate positive changes in their daily lives. Meta has presented constellations work to JFK University and their Somatic Psychology Students, and has spoken at the North American Systemic Constellations Conference (2015)—addressing and facilitating groups as small as 10 persons to as large as 150 persons. Over the decades, Meta has integrated multiple modalities of work from different teachers, forming her unique expression of change work. Her roots include: Family Constellations & Systematic Constellation (Michelle Masters & Carl Buchheit), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Marin), Tension & Trauma Release (TRE), and Kripalu Yoga to name a few. Meta’s main point of difference in the context of personal development and growth, is her ability to work somatically, helping people reconnect their experience and integrate new changes at all levels of their being.
