I can’t make this up y’all

Son, I woke up inhaling oxygen and exhaling dioxides. Then I heard my valves pumping, I started to pray, from there my eyes 👀 opened.

My mind was clear, body functions were flowing, limbs were moving properly. I then sat up, I heard my voice sing all praises, my arms went up and then I swung my legs around where they met the floor.

I stood up, gathered my clothes, walked to the bathroom, jumped in shower, got dressed and started my day. If that’s my way of saying, Thank you Lord 🙏🏽

Y’all probably saying she didn’t mention food. Nope! not eating until about 1ish, I’ve gotten in sync with my biological clock “circadian code”

👉🏽I AM ALIVE and so are YOU💥we have another day to get it right

💫MY GOD IS SO SO GOOD 😊 He keeps doing great things for me

I found a resources at University of New Hampshire which deals with 8️⃣Dimensions of a Healthy Lifestyle, after viewing their content in-depth, they’re right in sync with our mission

👉🏽All pillars/dimensions of wellness are interdependent and each dimension builds on another to improve quality of life. Each dimension can impact individuals both positively and negatively.

👉🏽We all experience different seasons in life where one pillar/dimension may be more prominent than others, but if any one of these dimensions are neglected over a prolonged period of time, it can adversely affect an individual’s health, well-being and quality of life (Swarbrick, 2006). Let’s explore each wellness dimension.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

When you have everyone in one place

I volunteered for this event and like always I was able to mix and mingle with some wonderful health practitioners, advocates, and overall organizations

Today so many came out to showcase their information. Yes, of course, I got some great information for our Wellness Community at WELLNESS WEDNESDAY This is where we deal with the 7️⃣pillars of a Healthy Lifestyle

👉🏽ThIs event was in sync with our Executive Summary. It hit some keys areas; dealing with eating a healthy diet, mental capacity, emotional balance of people, spiritual enlightenment, physical impact on the body, environmental awareness, social engagement and financial well-being. It’s a total package.

🗣Listen, we got to be about our health . This TEMPLE is the only one we have, take care of it. They had so many resources available. I will be posting as I assemble the information for distribution to our health community.
