An “ally” is any person who supports, empowers, or stands up for another person or a group of people. Everybody has had the experience of needing an ally! If we want healing, we MUST uplevel our energy. This happens when we live in “Love.” When we live in fear, anger, regret, trauma…we downlevel our energy. It’s inevitable that we will go through things, but we must walk/work through downleveling experiences!!! Trillions of cells in our body, responsible for organ function and glandular function and hormone regulation, etc (simply put…every function in our bodies, minds and souls) depend on it!
