We're playing at Springhouse Wellness Festival in Ellicott City on Saturday 9/13. We'll be on at 5pm!

Next Friday, 9/19, you can find us at Manor Mill in Monkton. It's our annual summer show there but fingers crossed for cooler weather:)

Know someone who would benefit from Toddler or Baby yoga!? These classes give caregivers time to explore mindful practices while socializing with others. The toddler class is best for ages 1-4. Baby yoga is for 6 weeks - crawling or 1 year old.
