To my Aqua Yogis,
Like you, I am disappointed we were unable to meet this evening. Yoga is not what happens on a mat, or in a class, it’s a lifestyle. Transferring what we learn in class, off the mat. A yogi’s mind accepts “what is”, and trying to be ok when things aren’t ok. We call upon our patience with the situation, and allow gratitude for our maintenance team who has been working hard to fix our pool!
Hope we are all together again soon! Namaste 🙏😌

Tomorrow, 8/11, 6:15 class will be led by Cat (I'll be right alongside of you as a student!) 7:30pm-8:15 Aqua Yoga will be led by me!
Thursday, 6pm-SEVEN, I'll be leading Cat's class!

Remember to pre register for the Aqua Yoga class at the desk or by calling the help desk, 815-672-1248 last week almost booked up, so grab your spot! (Bring your night clothes for bedtime 😜)

I read this passage in 4 different classes this week, but today's group was the only one who GIGGLED (Which of course made me giggle 😄) I think it was about the 3rd line or so.
It's hard to hear in the noisy pool area, so I'll share it here, to review!
Softening the hardened hearts, one class at a time LOL!

Something FUN in the works!
Many times I've heard, "I wish the Y would do this cool stuff in the evenings!"
