We are very excited to announce we have officially been approved to offer the Guide Program in our community!

Guide is Medicare program designed to provide comprehensive, coordinated support for people with dementia and their unpaid caregivers, aiming to improve quality of life, reduce caregiver burden, and help individuals stay at home longer. Support includes care navigation, caregiver education, and respite services, available at no cost for eligible Medicare beneficiaries through participating providers.

At Touching Hearts at Home, we will be able to offer 72 hours of Respite Care per year to those who qualify, all covered under Medicare!

Along with the 72 hours of free respite care, recipients will access to Pocket RN which is a virtual 24 hour support network.
The Pocket RN Nurse For Life model pairs your family with a dedicated nurse who knows your story, checks in regularly, and coordinates with physicians, specialists, and community resources. When something changes, you have a nurse to call who understands your routine and priorities.
Great start to 2026 in our efforts to reach more people in our community, and now being Medicare certified for the GUIDE program we are excited to be able to assist those with dementia and their families to this valuable and wonderful service!

Our caregiving team is standing by provide to provide the most compassionate and caring service available to our clients and their families.

This month is National Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care month. HUGE shoutout and thank you to all of those providers, caregivers, and agencies out there providing support to those in their homes and honoring their wish to stay safe, comfortable, and in their home for as long as possible.

Not a day goes by where I dont sit back, and reflect on what an honor it is to own and operate a company whose one and only focus is to serve others. Our Touching Hearts at Home of Western Wisconsin team is truly amazing and I cant thank them enough for all they do each and every day.

It's also an exciting time as our Touching Hearts at Home franchise continues to rapidly grow all over the country, meaning reaching out to more and more older adults and their families each and every day.

If you are in any capacity working in home care, hospice, or palliative care, I offer a sincere THANK YOU for all you do!!

Had a great time yesterday with fellow Veteran Volunteers from ADORAY Home Health and Hospice putting together gift baskets for Veteran Hospice and Home Health clients in the community. Such a great group of people and we are proud and excited to get these wonderful gifts handed out over the next couple weeks. We also have a full week of Veteran's Day ceremonies planned at various facilities. We all consider it an honor and privilege to thank those that served!!

Just finished the most amazing 16th annual national seminar in Nashville with fellow owners and the Hearts at Home - Corporate Office team!
We had great guest speakers and vendors, and it was so exciting to meet so many new owners and reconnect with other existing owners.
This franchise is on fire and the growth of new owners this past year is more than I've seen in the past several years and the future looks to continue this fast and exciting momentum.
The one thing many of us long standing owners have noticed is that with all this growth and expansion, the caring, compassionate, and empathetic focus is still there and continues on.
We have an amazing corporate team that honors Renae Peterson's original vision and I could not be more proud to be a part of something so special. It is an honor to serve and grow alongside this entire team and fellow owners.
