Primary Care Pediatrics is now offering a special walk-in hour Monday–Friday from 4–5pm for Memorial pediatric patients who need care for simple illnesses and injuries.
This walk-in hour is available for pediatric children & teens who already have a Memorial pediatrician. Patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis for concerns like:

• Earaches • Fever • Cough, runny nose, or sore throat • Rashes • Minor sports injuries

What to know:
• Please arrive between 3:45–4:15pm
• Patients must be registered and checked in by 4:15pm to be seen
• Visits are for acute issues only (not ongoing or complex concerns)
This is one more way we’re working to make care more convenient for families.

At Let’s Go!, we don’t just deliver programs—we empower people.💙

For 20 years we have helped families build healthier, more active lives, creating lasting habits.

Our impact doesn’t stop with kids and families. We empower parents, caregivers, teachers, and community leaders to model healthy living—creating a confident, inspiring ripple effect across communities.

Hear from a former Let's Go! coordinator, in her own words, about that impact and seeing 5-2-1-0 in action. https://www.mainehealth.org/lets-go/lets-go-is-20

Our amazing Memorial Volunteers were out spreading Valentine's love yesterday, delivering Secret Pal gifts purchased by our care team coworkers. Nothing beats the smiles, surprises, and simple moments of connection that brighten our halls—and our hearts.
Thank you to our Volunteers and every Secret Pal who made today a little sweeter!

Today our Memorial care team celebrated Wear Red Day, and we covered the full spectrum.

We saw fire engine red, cherry red, cranberry, maroon, burgundy, pink, and a few “this looked more red at home” shades. But every one of them carried the same message: raising awareness about heart disease and supporting heart health in our community.

Heart disease doesn’t care what shade you wear, but awareness, prevention, and timely care can make all the difference.

We’re proud of this team, proud to have a little fun together, and proud to care for the hearts of our community every day.
