With MyChart messaging, you can request or schedule an appointment, refill a medication, and ask simple medical or billing questions.
Keep in mind that MyChart messaging is for non-urgent concerns only, and messages should be kept simple since your care team has access to your records. For more in-depth concerns, call your provider’s office, and if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. To address your question as quickly as possible, responses may be sent by different MaineHealth care team members.
