This is plain stupid. I had Covid 19 and in ICU 4-5 weeks and suffered permanent damage to my heart, lungs and more. GET THE VACCINE. Covid is a killer.

Pets are wonderful companions and very easy to talk to! Do you have a best friend? n. If not why not visit the SPCA and adopt a stray? I need a 4 legged friend too. These guys are stressed out and abused and that is wrong. Neglecting an animal is bad. Take care of your pets as you would your family and you'll have a loyal loving companion forever!

Heart attack symptoms

Most heart attacks start slowly with mild discomfort, according to the American Heart Association. That's why it is particularly important to be able to recognize the warning signs of a heart attack. Here are some of the more common signs, and a few tips, according to the association:

1 Chest discomfort.
Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back.

2 Discomfort in other areas of the body. Specifically, symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.

3 Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.

4 Cold sweats, nausea or lightheadedness.

A heart attack in women is more likely to produce symptoms of shortness of breath, nausea and back or jaw pain. It might be shoulder pain or just an ache in the upper arm front or back. It masquerades moves and fools many!

Ladies - do not be fooled!

After all, we are strong.

Not all of the symptoms have to occur for a heart attack to occur.

If you can't positively rule out a heart attack, call 911 for emergency medical assistance.

If available, always call an ambulance rather than driving to the hospital.

Many times chest pain is caused by anxiety, a heavy meal, even an ulcer! It does not hurt to be cautious.

Try to stay as calm as you can. BREATHE slowly. If you have baby aspirin take one.

You are in good hands.

A positive attitude goes a LONG way!
