Please join us Sunday, April 27th, at 1:30 p.m. for a 90-minute Healing Sound Therapy Workshop facilitated by world-renowned musician Mark Torgeson.

Sound travels deep to your core, bypassing the mind to awaken the more expanded parts of who you are healing and amplifying the human energy system. You will experience a brief introduction to the instruments ( crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, flutes, drum, tuning forks, bells, gong, Didgeridoo, and angel harp) and protocols, followed by an hour of immersion.

Mark is a practicing Reiki master and healing arts practitioner of 30 years and a musician of 45 years. He has produced more than 60 albums, which have aired on ALL continents. He teaches workshops on sacred sound and performs concerts of transformational music.

Who is ready to join me as I attempt to abstain from meat, fish and meat products during January 2025?

Some of the benefits of going vegan including improved heart health, lower cholesterol, regulated blood pressure, lower risk of cancer and obesity.

If you are not 100% ready, perhaps you can decrease the amount of meat you consume and increase the amount of vegetables and fruits.
