Bobbie is my dear friend and mother of a son who tragically took his own life. 💔 It is Bobbie’s goal to raise funding for su***de prevention to help save lives.

Remember, a warm smile, a hug, kindly spoken words, a few minutes of your time - may just save someone who’s contemplating su***de.

More often than not, their loves ones have no idea what’s going on inside their minds. Many suffer silently.

Additionally, never dismiss a su***de threat. I’ve heard so many people tell me “they’d never do that” - OH YES they would when in a criticallly emotional state of mind. Always take them seriously!! You or someone you know may just be their voice of reason!

Do everything with love!! ❤️

If anyone is local and wants to help this mother of small children fighting cancer and is in need of donated meals, please do. If you’re not local to our area of 25438, but would like to help, please send a message and I’m happy to provide you mailing info for gift cards to restaurants. While she has not struggled with substance use disorder, she’s had loved ones who have.

I’m so grateful and humbled to share some exciting news…

I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to be a contributing author in a beautiful new devotional book: Fostering the Fire of Your Heart. 🔥

This project has truly touched my soul. It’s a compilation of daily devotions and heartfelt prayers complied by Bobbie Bomar Brown and Nikki Barlow written by them and we 10 additional contributing authors who’ve lived through pain, struggle, and triumph. Our hope is that every page brings healing, encouragement, and a reminder that you are never alone. 💛

Thank you to Bobbie Bomar Brown for inviting me into this space, and to both her and coauthor, Nikki Barlow for leading this amazing project. I’ve always wanted to write and am hopeful this is the first step to getting my foot in the door for me to do so.

If you’re currently suffering through difficult times and feel hopeless, alone, or afraid, and are wondering how to move forward in life, please know you are not alone! My prayer is this book will help you understand you’re never alone and see each new day as a blessing to be thankful for!
