Each mother expressed their concerns and plans, which we discussed and prepared for.
Each family was completely different in regards to their needs, values, approach to birth, ideas, and perspectives.

They all ended up having completely different birth experiences.

We don't always know which direction birth is going to take, but having an expert guide can make all the difference.

Each birth story is incredible and powerful. No matter the twists and turns, this tiny little person joins your family and changes your life forever.

We were forever changed and overjoyed by this little one joining our family- second gen Sunshine baby.

I dislocated my shoulder last Tuesday and besides the blinding pain, as a midwife, it's the worst nightmare realized to have the hands that I rely on on a daily basis no longer working.

It's so imperative to recognize those who not only were paramount in this transition of life but also ensured others' journeys to meet their littles were not impaired.

Because after the grandbaby arrived - the baby rain started.....
