Courageous Hearts CPR We were located in San Marcos (Reimer Ave) for 10 years. We moved to the outskirts of Seguin (20 min down the road from our old San Marcos location) in 2022.

Classes held at our Seguin location or at your facility for large groups (10+ people) Courageous Hearts CPR is a Central Texas based, minority owned, company ready to provide CPR training and certification for Healthcare Workers using the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare providers and non-healthcare individuals using and American Trauma Event Management Adult-Child-Infant CPR/AED, First Aid certification program, as well as Bloodborne Pathogen certification and Stop the Bleed certification. Classes are held at our Seguin location or at your facility for large groups (10+). Our goal is to make your CPR training class fast, fun and friendly! We understand our clients have busy schedules and we strive to find a time convenient for you. Most of our clients are scheduled within a few days, sometimes same day! Courageous Hearts CPR was proud to be a pumpkin patch sponsor and support such a fun community event. Seeing all the families, teachers, and kiddos enjoying the day made it even more special. 💛

🔥 Stay Safe This Summer: Know the Signs of Heat Exhaustion! ☀️

As temperatures rise, so does the risk of heat exhaustion — especially for outdoor workers, athletes, and kids. Knowing the signs can save a life.

Common symptoms of heat exhaustion include:
-Heavy sweating
-Dizziness or fainting
-Nausea or vomiting
-Muscle cramps
-Headache
-Weakness or fatigue
-Cool, pale, or clammy skin

👉 What to do:
Move the person to a cooler place, loosen clothing, apply cool compresses, and offer sips of water. If symptoms worsen or last more than an hour, seek medical help immediately.

💬 At Courageous Hearts CPR, we teach CPR and first aid skills that help you act fast in emergencies like heat exhaustion, heat stroke, or cardiac events. Be prepared — not just for yourself, but for those around you.
