April is Autism Acceptance Month—a time to listen, learn, and embrace the many ways people experience and engage with the world.
Acceptance goes beyond awareness. It’s about creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and valued for who they are. When we lead with understanding and compassion, we help build communities where everyone can belong and thrive. 💙

Sometimes a little laughter is exactly what we need.
Our Inpatient and Community Living leadership teams, along with Marketing, may have taken “Spring Fling” just a bit too literally, and it turned into a day filled with smiles, connection, and plenty of fun.
A special thank you to Eddie Hernandez for bravely testing the slingshot!
Moments like these remind us that laughter can be a powerful kind of healing.
What’s a workplace-appropriate prank that’s brought some joy to your day?

This March, we’re proud to celebrate National Doctors Day, a time to recognize the compassion, dedication, and expertise that physicians bring to every life they touch.
In this photo, our Northern Arizona VP Eddy O’Brien stands alongside Dr. Patel and Dr. Zamanian - three individuals who represent the heart of care in our communities. Their commitment reminds us that healing is not just about medicine, but about connection, trust, and showing up each day for others.
Join us in thanking the doctors who make a difference, one patient at a time.

March is Brain Injury Awareness Month-a time to learn, reflect, and show support for those impacted by brain injuries.
Brain injuries can affect anyone, at any time, often in ways we cannot see. This month, we stand with individuals, families, and caregivers by raising awareness, sharing knowledge, and encouraging understanding.
Together, we can help reduce stigma, promote prevention, and support recovery-because every story matters. 💙

March is National Nutrition Month—a gentle reminder to slow down and practice mindful eating. 🍎
Mindful eating is about paying attention to what we eat, how we feel, and giving our bodies the care they deserve. It can be as simple as taking a breath before a meal, noticing flavors, or listening to when you’re full.
This month, try to be present with your food and your body. Small moments of awareness can lead to meaningful change. What does mindful eating look like for you?
