A New Year, A New Conversation: Join Us for a Community Town Hall on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
As we begin 2026, Rural Wellness Anadarko enters a year of renewed purpose, strengthened commitment, and—most importantly—greater partnership with the people we proudly serve. Healthcare in rural communities is never simple, and the past few years have brought unprecedented challenges. Yet through those challenges, one truth has become clear: our hospital is strongest when our community is part of the conversation.
That is why Kelly Duke, CEO is inviting every resident, business owner, tribal leader, teacher, parent, caregiver, and neighbor to join us for a Community Town Hall on January 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Anadarko High School Auditorium.
This will not be a typical presentation. It will be an open, honest discussion about where our hospital is today—where the hospital is headed—and what Mr. Duke believes we must do together to build a sustainable, high-quality healthcare system for Anadarko and the surrounding region.
Rural hospitals across the nation face a common set of pressures: recruiting doctors and nurses, managing rising costs, navigating federal regulations, and competing with larger systems for talent and technology. But our community is not defined by those challenges. We are defined by our resilience, our willingness to innovate, and our long history of stepping up for one another.
During the Town Hall, Mr. Duke will share updates on:
• New service lines being developed to keep more care local;
• Recruitment strategy for physicians, nurses, and specialists;
• Financial realities facing Critical Access Hospitals and how they’re being addressed;
• Improvements in patient experience, access, and emergency preparedness;
• Ways the community can play an active role in shaping the hospital’s future.
Most importantly, the evening will include time for questions, feedback, and candid dialogue. This is your hospital. Your voice matters. Your expectations guide our standards. And your ideas can help shape the solutions we pursue.
"As we enter a new year, we believe the path forward requires transparency, teamwork, and trust. If we strengthen those three pillars, there is no reason a rural hospital like ours cannot thrive—providing exceptional care close to home for generations to come," said Kelly Duke, CEO.
