This year's Legacy of Love will feature a conversation with internationally acclaimed photographer Anne Geddes.

One of the world’s most respected and recognized photographers, Anne creates images that are iconic, award-winning and beloved. Like no photographer before her, her imagery singularly captures the beauty of children and her deeply held belief that each and every child must be protected, nurtured and loved.

This conversation will be moderated by social media storyteller and former WFAA meteorologist Kalee Dionne Pair.

What is Legacy of Love?

Legacy of Love is an annual fundraiser hosted by the Women's Auxiliary to Children's Medical Center Plano.

For the last 13 years, the Women's Auxiliary has hosted various fundraising events under the Legacy of Love event title, including a fashion show, luncheon and more!

All funds raised at the event will go to the Women's Auxiliary to Children's Medical Center Plano, which has raised more than $2 million for Children's Medical Center Plano over the last 15 years.

Our raffle team has blown it away this year with our unbelievable raffle items. Tickets are $25 each, 5 for $100 or 12 for $200.

Today we are highlighting one of our favorite items – the Broadmoor Getaway.

We are incredibly lucky to have Anne Geddes join us for this special event! She is known for creating images that are iconic, award winning and beloved. Like no photographer before her, her imagery singularly captures the beauty, purity and vulnerability of children embodying her deeply held belief that each and every child must be “protected, nurtured and loved.”
In 2017 Anne was inducted into the International Photography Hall of Fame joining a select International group of photography elites. Anne also lives her message, as a Global Advocate for children, working alongside the United Nation’s Foundation’s Every Woman Every Child initiative, an Ambassador for the USA March of Dimes and a Global Ambassador for the awareness of meningococcal disease. In 2020, during the outbreak of the Global Coronavirus, Anne invited her Fans from around the globe to submit a “joy” image of their children to assist in spreading joy though Anne’s Instagram during this difficult time.
