Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve. Founded in 1995, Health First is Brevard County's not-for-profit, community healthcare system. The fully integrated delivery network (IDN) includes health insurance plans, hospitals, a multi-specialty medical group, and outpatient and wellness services. As a locally owned, not-for-profit organization, Health First is committed to investing in our community. In 2016, Health First provided more than $158 million in community support. ☕ We were proud to support Brevard Public Schools (official) for an inspiring presentation from Jon Gordon co-author of The Coffee Bean, and his daughter Jade Gordon at the Maxwell C. King Center. Sixth graders across the county learned about turning challenges into opportunities for growth. The Gordons shared practical tips to stay positive and inspired students to encourage those around them.
