My sweet and supportive followers, so sorry for my absence.

4 weeks ago, I watch my father take his last breath. Watched him give us signs it was time. Watch my father’s strength for his wife, children, and grandchildren. Watched him not want to go. Watched him hang on to this physical life for us all to be together and experience his transition into non-physical. Watched him surrender to The Lord’s plan, watched him let go of his physical body in such peace, while my mom and us were by his side.

I watched my family love on him, pray for him, hope for him, fight for him, sing to him, guide him, support him, hold him, speak for him.

And although these moments where filled with so many tears, and so many emotions like panic, shock, disbelief, sadness, fear, they were also filled with so much love that he created, he brought together. This experience has changed us forever and gave me many gifts. Especially, the gift of our precious breath. Every breath is a gift of time here in the physical to create. My father left his physical body reminding me even more to continue to stop, breathe, and create love and peace.

I love you, dad and grateful your spirit lives on and grateful for our continued connection. Grateful for all the signs and healing your sending me. Even though, it’s different, I will promise to work at letting go of your physical self so I can be even more open to receive your spiritual self. I feel you, dad and I thank you for filling my life with your love, security, and peace, for teaching me what love looks and feels like, and for you always knowing how to bring me into alignment. Thank you for the peace and blessings you are already creating on the other side for us.

Look around you, what are you attracting?

Your external will show you where your focus is, what your energy is manifesting.

And the beautiful thing about this, is you, yes “you” have the power to focus on something different at any given moment.

Stop! Breathe! And Listen!

If noise comes up ask the Divine to treat it.

Then accept, allow, and love those thoughts. Be kind to them. It’s just energy that you have choose to attach to from your past moments or future possibilities.

Clean up the clutter to receive the Divine Light that is always, always shining on in you, in you.

Go within and discover a whole new world about you. And then, allow yourself to receive the light!

How do you know it’s Divine?

If the thought is rooted in love, it’s Divine. 💖

Welcome, am so grateful for this connection. Our paths have crossed for a reason. The Universe, Divinity, God, The Highest Good, whomever you call that Great Something has brought us together.

I see you, I hear you, I feel you, and I am here for you.

What was a dream, has now become a reality. The inspiration for starting my healing business was sparked years back, at a crossroads in my life with my children, family, and own individual challenges. When you choose to play the victim, as I did with my misalignment's, you limit the possibilities of being your best self. Within the struggle, the challenges, and the negativity; there had to be something better. There was a deep knowing, that there was a better way to live. With persistence and perseverance, I’ve arrived in this moment.

Those who know me well might be saying, “What is she talking about? Everything looked so good?” Behind the highlight reel, the reality was something different. I believe that many of you can relate to that. My healing was not without struggle, what could have left me broken in the past, is now my fuel for the future. That mindset shift has opened the flow of both giving and receiving unconditional love. With each person that crosses my path, more healing is uncovered and discovered.

It is from these challenges and struggles, we can rebuild. You are not broken, you are far from done, and you have so much left to become. We will allow that unconditional love in. It is an energy I have come to know; exploring it, learning from it, feeling it, absorbing it, loving it, and yes even hurting with it. Arriving at this place where I’m using it to serve.

Am I perfect? No.

Is this now part of my life that has transcended my daily experience? Yes!

Let’s have some fun and heal from within. I am now ready to share this with the world, and I look forward to sharing the experience with you.
