It’s been awhile since I posted! But I finally got around to making another one! I have decided to train for the Lincoln half marathon in May 😬. I am incorporating lots of single leg strengthening but this one is a good one!! Especially for the pelvic floor. Just like anything there are two sides to the pelvic floor and it likes to be trained single sided to address for any compensation patterns.
Single leg step downs:
✨Glute medius strengthening
✨Single leg balance
✨Focusing on core control and mid foot control!
✨Eccentric strengthening
As you can see my balance isn’t the greatest and my left was much harder than my right! Try it out and see where your body may need some help.
