I haven’t posted a “shut down” date for WDS because I like to live in a Pollyanna world (or denial) and so I have canceled peeps week by week which has been really emotional too. JUST RIP THE BAND AID! 😳

Brrrr it’s cold outside! And with the winter weather, our skin needs as much TLC as we can give it. Here are some tips to keep your skin happy and healthy this time of year.
1. Change your skincare with the seasons. Use a heavier moisturizer. Not sure which one? Ask in the comments or DM me 🥰
2. Hydrate! Drink lots of water, especially when increasing your alcohol or caffeine intake or even when you crank the heater in your house. 💦
3. Skip the retinol. Retinol is great for wrinkles and acne as it increases cell turnover, but it can also be drying. So, opt to use it every other night instead of every night. 🌙
