I'm thrilled to announce the release of "Eat, Love, Heal: Learning to Love Yourself from the Inside Out" published by Green Heart Living Press.

Sheryl describes her years of struggling with emotional eating as living in a cycle of punishment and reward. On and off diets through college and adulthood. Intense physical training. Weight fluctuations. Restrictions and binge eating. And all while working as a chef, a registered dietitian, and wellness coordinator. These patterns left Sheryl doubting herself and her abilities, and feeling depressed and lost.

“Grief doesn't always show up with tears,” she writes. “Sometimes it shows up with an expensive grocery bill and way too much sharp provolone.”
