I think most of you know my obsession with overnight oats 🙌🏼😃🙌🏼
Nothing is better than waking up and being able to grab a jar that contains a delicious, balanced breakfast👍🏻
I am always looking for ways to change up my overnight oats so when asked to develop a recipe for and recipe contest I knew exactly what I wanted to make➡️ Protein Packed Mocha Overnight Oats 🤩
Recipe
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup coffee,brewed
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used 1%)
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
Toppings of choice: I used raspberries, bananas, slivered almonds and chocolate chips to taste!
Mix oats, chia seeds, cocoa together in bottom of mason jar. Add coffee, milk, and maple syrup. Top with Greek yogurt, slivered almonds, chocolate chips, raspberries and bananas.
