I believe that we all have the right to look good and feel good, no matter how old we are. I teach women how to get off the sidelines and start enjoying their lives, all while eating foods they love. As an IBNFC certified coach, I am constantly looking for ways to bring more innovation and fun to my clients. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. I put the fun back into

being healthy, working with women who are sick of being on the diet roller coaster and are ready for sustainable results. As a Certified and Licensed Nutrition Coach, I have worked with dozens of women to help them achieve their health goals. Following that, we can work on a month by month basis or longer 6-12 month packages. I can also customize a semi-private group offering, or a workplace wellness package. What does “leadership by example” look like for a wellness pro?

It looks like this: 🧘‍♀️ I took Thursday through Sunday completely off this weekend. I didn’t write. I didn’t post. I didn’t even open my laptop.

And yes, I came back to a few “oops” moments. (Forgot to send my VA what she needed!) But I also came back with way more energy and creative spark than if I’d forced myself through a half-hearted workday.

If we tell our clients to rest, to eat well, to move their bodies, to reduce stress… shouldn’t we be doing it too?

Leadership by example isn’t a cute phrase. It’s how you build a life and business you actually enjoy.

I believe that we all have the right to look good and feel good, no matter how old we are. I provide nutrition education and coaching to bring your life back into balance. As an IBNFC certified coach, I am constantly looking for partners that can provide my clients the best products and complementary services. My current partnerships include Venice Nutrition, Mark Macdonald, and Jeunesse. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. Developing a love for fitness and an interest in nutrition as a snowball effect from a knee injury 25 years ago, I have taught Itsy Bitsy Yoga, strength-trained adults, and coached busy people to learn better eating habits.
