Xerlan and Christopher here. We've always appreciated your thoughtful questions and dedication to our profession. We wanted to share that we've launched Anatriptic Alchemy on Substack. For years, we've loved connecting with so many of you at conferences and workshops, and this feels like a natural next step – a place where our conversations can continue and deepen.

We envision it as a place where we can all think critically about massage therapy and bodywork and explore the evidence without losing sight of the individual on the table. We'll share our perspectives, and we genuinely hope you'll share yours too. Our main content will be free, and you can become a paid subscriber if you'd like to support our work and engage in live Q&A sessions, read one of our e-books, or just peruse the additional resources. Join the conversation – we value your insights!

Whether you're an anatomy geek, a movement enthusiast, or simply someone who loves the art and science of bodywork, we've designed this space for you. We'll be archiving some of Xerlan's past wisdom and sharing new articles twice a month, all for free. We'd be honored to have you join our growing community of thoughtful practitioners.

We had a rare night out last night. We got to see Bo Johnson SoulJoel's at SunnyBrook. Both of Bo's parents are Massage Therapists in the PNW. So of course we thought a lot of Massage Therapists would be there. We even invited a couple others. There was one more than us. Bo killed it and has some really funny massage jokes and stories too! He still has a bunch of tour dates so check out https://www.bojohnsoncomedy.com/ and have a great laugh!
