📸 Weekend well spent investing time learning how to better care for our patients!

Dr. Sandy Lor spent the weekend in New Hampshire training with Sleep Solutions Group at NDX H&O Dental Lab to advance her knowledge in dental sleep medicine and oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea and snoring.

It’s been 4 years since Dr. Sandy Lor has joined Holden Family Dentistry and time is just flying by! Dr. Lor’s daughter, Savannah, is almost 3 years old! Today Savannah is showing off her beautiful smile at the park! Savannah says remember to brush twice a day and floss daily.

Our Pre-dental student, Sarah, spent the summer shadowing Dr. Lor and our team at Holden Family Dentistry! Thank you to all our staff and patients who allowed Sarah to learn more about dentistry and continue her journey to becoming a future dentist. This week was Sarah’s last week and we hope she learned a lot from all of us this summer.

Linda’s son, Patrick and daughter-in-law, Ciara are going through an extremely difficult time and appreciate your thoughts and prayers. ‼️Today is a crucial day for Ciara. She is undergoing an MRI that will determine if there is any brain damage and, if so, the extent of it.

We do not have any updates on the twins yet, but remain hopeful.

For those unfamiliar with their story:

Pat has faithfully served the town of Rutland for over 13 years as a dispatch supervisor and firefighter/EMT. He and his wife, Ciara, were eagerly anticipating the arrival of their twins and the joy of becoming first-time parents. What should have been the happiest time of their lives turned into a heartbreaking crisis when Ciara suffered a medical emergency requiring significant intervention and is now intubated. Their twins were delivered via emergency C-section and are on ventilators with a grim prognosis.

While Ciara’s condition has remained mostly stable, the Sullivan family is in need of multiple miracles to pull through this unimaginable time. Please keep them in your hearts and prayers as they face this devastating journey together.
