Rooted in Revelation 15:4, this class invites you to slow down, open your heart, and become attentive to how God is making Himself known in your life.

Through gentle, intentional movement and Scripture-led reflection, this class creates space to release striving and welcome clarity. As the body softens and the breath steadies, the heart is invited into worship—trusting that God’s truth, justice, and goodness are being revealed even when we don’t yet see the full picture.

This class is especially supportive in seasons of discernment, waiting, or spiritual growth, when patience and trust are being formed.
