This is a google review I just received. I got permission to share it.

Dr. Susan Drysdale has been my presiding therapist for almost 2 years. I came to her with a multitude of issues including struggles with substance abuse, chronic depression, acute anxiety that had resulted in grandiose paranoia, and strained and severed family relationships including the one with my young son. I was a completely disjointed and lost individual recovering from years of bad habits and automatic negative thoughts that seemed to run on a loop. In the time I have worked with her she has helped me through hospitalizations, treatment centers, suicidal ideation, moving cities, jobs, and much more. Dr. Drysdale uses a combination of methods when working with a patient and caters to the individuals needs. Today I am reunited with my son and all of my family members, I've held the same job for a year, have remained clean from the substances I was using daily, have acquired a set of coping skills to combat my anxiety and depression, and most importantly I've become aware of myself in a way that has transformed how I function with each 24 hours. It was the deep-seated trauma and grief work Susan focused on that helped me overcome the past, pause when looking too far ahead into the future, and remain present in each and every moment whether unpleasant or pleasant. I owe a huge portion of my sanity and peace of mind to this woman and am eternally grateful to have crossed paths with such an intelligent and empathetic human being.
