AZ Massage Therapy in Austin, TX is the practice of NCBTMB certified massage therapist, Alicia Ziegner. Alicia is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and fully believes in the relaxation and health benefits of massage. At AZ Massage Therapy we know everyone has individual needs for massage, which is why no two clients are treated the same. Each client receives a warm welco

me to our tranquil studio, and an individual assessment to see what their mind and body need that session. AZ Massage Therapy is a clinical, professional and calming environment. Our belief is that massage should be results oriented, aimed at alleviating issues and stress that is mental, physical and emotional. Each session includes integrated Swedish, sports, deep tissue, acupressure, stretching, body movement techniques and aromatherapy. Highly recommend Cyro Wellness on Far West Blvd. Started the 21 day Recovery Challenge this past Sunday. I felt so energized and alert afterwards. I especially enjoyed the Cryo and leg compressions. Great for reducing inflammation and improving circulation. If you stop by, please tell them I sent you!
